The breakfast was excellent, very good
The room was quit small, did not have a minibar. The hotel has 4 stars so.... It was very hot in the room, no airconditioning presenr. In the hall and other compartments also very hot. Only one small room in the hotel room. This hotel should have a maximum of 3 stars.

Room was comfortable, and clean if a little basic. Not sure if there were computer facilities at the hotel. It wasn't mentioned in the hotel blurb. Might have liked an internet hub so I could have kept an eye on my emails. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Non dutch speakers would not find any problems staying here. Had the impression the hotel business focus is on coach parties of retired dutch people, rather than the tourist trade. The breakfast facilities are well organised and the food standard is pretty good. Good choice of nosh to set you up for a day exploring. Good country location just off the main road between Venlo and Nijmegen. Excellent hotel to use as a base for looking around Maasland and Limburg..
Certainly the hotel could have bettercomputing facilities.

Convenient location near main road and easy parking. Good rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Nice deep bath for relaxation.
Noisy rooms facing the road, traffic can be intrusive. Rude staff during breakfast, made me sit at an undesirable table despite available options.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location by the river was simply breathtaking, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel's proximity to the national park allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings and go on invigorating hikes. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an array of amenities including a sitting area, terrace, and in-room safe. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent room service and even offering bicycle hire and laundry services. We also enjoyed dining at the restaurant, where the menu was extensive and the food was expertly cooked and presented. this place exceeded our expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
We highly recommend this hotel to our friends. They would definitely appreciate the amazing staff, the comfortable beds, the excellent restaurant, and the serene ambiance of the location.

Location is good close to Spa facilities, also easily reachable by public transport (bus). Price was attractive and dinner was reasonable.
Small room (6sq.M. Less than advertised), limited internet (not as was advertised). Quality of services is not as for 4 stars hotels.

The hotel's decoration had a nostalgic charm, reminding me of the good old days. The lobby and common areas were beautifully decorated, with comfortable seating areas where I could relax and chat with other guests. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with ramps and handrails throughout, making it easy for me to navigate and feel safe.
I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people if the children working there had been more attentive to our needs. A little more assistance and understanding would have made our stay even more enjoyable.
